About ARTSgarage

ARTSgarage is a textile resource center in mid-Wilshire Los Angeles dedicated to teaching and learning. Founded by well-known artist, educator and researcher Cameron Taylor-Brown in the garage beneath her studio, ARTSgarage offers weaving workshops and hosts createIt@ARTSgarage for “educators of all stripes.” There is also a reference library on a broad range of textile and education topics. ARTSgarage is a dealer for Schacht  looms, which are the looms used in Cameron's weaving workshops.
